RETURN & Refund Policy

The Return Policy

We make sure that your purchase at our platform becomes a memorable and hassle-free experience altogether. However, if you do not find our virtual product satisfactory and wish to replace it or return it with another one, our easy to return and refund policy will help you to do so. The following steps will give you a streamlined idea of the entire process.

  • Once a USER logged on to their account & changed its password, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • However, a replacement may be requested and considered within 03 (three) days from the date of virtual delivery of the username & password vide e-mail or WhatsApp/SMS subject to certain terms and conditions.
  • A return request has to be placed within 03 (three) days from the date of virtual delivery vide e-mail or WhatsApp/SMS of the username & password provided the user has not logged in to our system and changed their password.
  • Once we receive the request, we shall send across a mail stating confirmation of the same and inquiring about your bank account details for returning the funds.
  • If you want replacement, you need to pay the excess balance amount & would be considered by our panel.
  • If you want to return the product & want a full refund, a 20% service charge will be deducted.
  • You are expected to receive the refund amount credited to your bank account within next 3-4 business days.
  • Products purchased on Discounts / Offers are NOT eligible for Return / Exchange / Refund.
  • Conditions under which return is infeasible

There are certain circumstances under which a return would not be accepted from PrepNet’s end. Following are the parameters that have to be met for validating a return.

    • The product must be unused.
    • Products purchased on offers / discounts are not eligible for return / exchange.
    • Cancellation of any order prior to payment or due to any transaction failure or wrong input by the user. However, if we receive any payment later, we will return it subject to all the conditions are met.

Any purchase can be cancelled prior to the initiation of the enrolment process. Once the enrolment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered to you. If a cancellation is requested prior to the enrollment of the same, the entire amount paid will be returned.

 

The Refund Policy

Refund will be processed only through net banking. No other modes are practiced from our end. We also make sure that the information regarding the bank accounts of the customers will remain private and confidential. The entire amount paid for any purchase shall be returned to the customer excluding the any cancellation charges (if any) within next 3-4 business days from the day the customer receives a confirmation mail for the refund.
